At first, they claimed money would be refunded “shortly”. 3 days later they asked for verification documents, which were submitted instantly.
For 5 days there has been no clear reply to submitted documents. Instead, they asked to submit them once again just today with no explanation given. Seems like you’re having a conversation with a bot.
Absolute arrogance shown towards the client, once he is out of your business interest.
